2. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Samar Sheikh Handprints may refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

You will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled, except in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed through UBLs payment gateway, Shopify Payments, or other approved methods. Samar Sheikh Handprints does not store or access your card details.

4. Product Details & Variations

All items are hand‑printed and may have natural variations in color, pattern, or texture. These variations are part of the craft and not considered defects.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or external factors. Once dispatched, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the courier partner. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Custom or personalized orders are non‑returnable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Samar Sheikh Handprints, including its owners, employees, and representatives, is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Misuse, improper washing, or care of products

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
