Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Each order is prepared with care. Standard processing time is 4–7 working days. During launches, sales, or high‑volume periods, processing may extend slightly. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Within Pakistan

We ship through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 working days, depending on your city and courier operations. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, strikes, or operational delays.

3. International Shipping

International orders are shipped via reliable global carriers. Courier charges are shared with the customer on actuals, based on the carrier’s rate for their destination. To confirm an international shipment, payment for the product and shipping is required in advance. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping Fees (Within Pakistan)

Shipping fees within Pakistan are calculated at checkout based on your location and courier rates. Studio pickup (if offered) is free of charge.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number or link is shared once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates depend entirely on the courier’s system and may take time to reflect.

6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make two delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned due to missed attempts or unreachable contact details, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address, phone number, and post code are accurate. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

8. Damages During Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The product
  • The shipping label

We will assist in filing a courier claim. Resolution depends on the courier’s investigation.

9. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is delayed or marked delivered but not received, we will help coordinate with the courier. However, Samar Sheikh Handprints is not liable for courier delays, misrouting, or delivery errors.
